Shredded Chipotle Chicken

2 chicken breasts (frozen)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon chipotle chile pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Spray canola oil (or 1 teaspoon oil)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Spray crockpot with oil
Put the chicken in your crockpot
Top with the rest of the ingredients
Set crockpot to low for 4-6 hours (I use a mini crockpot and 4-5 hours seemed just fine)

When the meat is done cooking shred the chicken and serve as tacos, burritos, or over rice!

This is our new favorite taco meat! I like to serve it with avocado, lettuce, lime, rice and black beans.
